What: Our two-bedroom, one-bath condo is only a block to the 15th Avenue Beach Access (with free parking, not that you'll need it). Ground-level unit, sleeps four, in two queen beds.

Price: Owner's discount is ALL-INCLUSIVE rate of $85 to $125 a night, depending on season and length of stay (minimum stay is 3 nights or equivalent charge). You will pay through property manager, with referral from us.

Pets: Allowed, with refundable deposit

Amenities: A three-minute walk to the beach. Completely renovated and nicely decorated apartment with modern appliances and all-new furnishings in 2008. Carpeted bedrooms, tiled elsewhere. Free wireless internet, 200 cable channels, free phone calls in continental US and Canada, covered parking, free washer and dryer, stocked with detergent. Beach chairs and towels. A two-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Unit is on a quiet side street in small (five-unit) building. It's three blocks from public boat ramp onto the intracoastal waterway and one block from the city park and library. Park has ball field, tennis courts, basketball and a skateboard ramp.

Location: Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, USA, is 24 miles west of Tampa International Airport (TPA), and about a 40-minute drive. With two miles of shoreline, Indian Rocks is one of the few beach towns in Pinellas County to maintain low-rise building codes. It is between St. Petersburg and Clearwater beaches, but in its small-town feel is worlds apart. It has several great restaurants, the usual beach shops, and many beach access points, all with free parking.
